Terms of Service

1) Who we are

"SecuSign" refers to the hosted e-signature service we provide. The service is operated by SecuSign Solutions Co., Ltd., 23/8 Moo 1, Khao Sam Sip Hap, Tha Maka, Kanchanaburi, Thailand 71120. When you purchase a plan, your contract is with SecuSign Solutions Co., Ltd.

2) Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18, and you are responsible for your account security.
• You agree that registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

3) Your content

You retain ownership of documents, signatures, and data you submit ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Content to provide the Services (e.g., render PDFs, route invites, generate audit logs).

4) E-signatures & audit trails

SecuSign provides technical mechanisms for e-signatures and audit trails (including QR-linked verification). You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable e-signature laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of signers. We do not provide legal advice.

5) Acceptable use

• No illegal, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No attempts to bypass security or overload systems.
• No uploading of malicious code.

6) Plans, billing, and taxes (hosted SaaS)

Fees are payable in advance per the plan you select. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension.

7) Data export & retention (hosted SaaS)

You can export your documents and audit records (e.g., signed PDFs and ledgers) from the Service. We retain Content for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to support account administration and legal obligations. Upon account closure or your written request, we will delete or anonymize personal data subject to applicable law and our backup cycles.

8) Confidentiality

We will treat your Content as confidential and only use it to provide and support the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

9) Intellectual property

The Service, software, and related materials are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service. You may not reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law or the applicable license.

10) Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., email, storage, identity). Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect the Service or users. Upon termination, we may delete your Content after a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14) Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your Content or your breach of these Terms.

15) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
